The 16th South Asian Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship 2026 concluded successfully in Thimphu, Kingdom of Bhutan, bringing together the finest bodybuilding and physique athletes from across South Asia. Held from 30th June to 4th July 2026, the championship celebrated outstanding performances, sportsmanship, and international competition.
Athletes representing their respective nations competed across various bodybuilding and physique categories, showcasing exceptional strength, conditioning, and dedication on the regional stage. The championship once again highlighted the growing standard of bodybuilding across South Asia.
